HOW IT WORKS

Rather than pay your tuition and fees all at once, your expenses are broken up into affordable scheduled payments.

Sign up for the plan on the day you are ready to make your first payment. After your initial payment, your account will be charged on the Payment Due Date until your balance is paid in full (see below for payment schedule).

To Apply For and Access PCC’s Payment Plan Information

  • Log into Self-Service;
  • On the Self-Service menu on the left, click “Financial Information”;
  • Click “Student Finance” under Financial Information;
  • Click “TOUCHNET- View Account and Make payments;
  • Create an Account and follow the prompts as noted.

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)

Tips

  • There is a $25, non-refundable application fee;
  • Payments are processed on the 5th of each month;
  • See the chart below for payment dates and number of payments.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through Self-Service or call the Piedmont Community College Cashier’s Office at (336) 322-2125 to confirm the change.
