Piedmont Community College’s Digital Effects and Animation Technology program awarded 3D printer grant from The Community Foundation of the Dan River Region

The new printers will be placed in the Digital Effects and Animation Technology laboratory on PCC’s Caswell County Campus in Yanceyville and will be used heavily by students in that program.

Duncan, former PCC Student Ambassador, named 2016 Alumnus of the Year

Duncan received his accounting degree in 1994 from Piedmont Community College and now serves as vice president of operations at Twinings North America, located in Greensboro. He still gives his time and expertise to the PCC Alumni Partnership as a member of the scholarship committee and advisory board.

UNCG bringing RN to BSN program to Piedmont Community College

Piedmont Community College is partnering with The University of North Carolina at Greensboro to bring a world-class RN to BSN program closer to the nurses who serve the area. The partnership will provide a seamless transition for registered nurses with associate’s degrees to earn a bachelor’s degree from UNCG while bypassing the one hour and 15 minute drive to Greensboro.
