Course Format:
Blended – Combination of face-to-face instruction and online coursework (less than 50% online). Students are encouraged to remain engaged and maintain regular communication with their instructor.

  • $129 – NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Exam*

Uniform Requirements

  • Red scrubs (2–3 sets)
  • Black leather, closed-toe/heel shoes
  • Black socks
    (Scrubs may be purchased from any vendor)

Certification & Additional Requirements

Certification

  • NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Exam
    • Included in registration
    • Voucher issued upon successful course completion

Background Check & Drug Screen

  • $126.20 (via Verified Credentials)
  • Criminal background check & urine drug screen
  • Must be completed by Week 6
  • Fee is not included in registration

Immunization Requirements

Students will be required to provide documentation for the following:

  • Hepatitis B (3-dose series or positive titer)
  • Influenza
  • MMR (2-dose series or positive titer)
  • Tdap (within the last 10 years)
  • Tuberculosis (TB test)
  • Varicella (2-dose series or positive titer)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (preferred; required at clinical site discretion)

Prerequisites

High school diploma or GED required

Students who will complete this requirement within 12 months of the exam date may qualify for Provisional Certification

Pacer Promise Scholarship

  • Covers registration fee only

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund if withdrawal is requested prior to the course start
  • 75% refund of base tuition ($180) if requested before the 10% point of total course meetings
  • Additional fees are non-refundable once the course begins

Withdrawal & Transfer Policy

  • Requests for withdrawal or transfer must be emailed to Lori Watlington
  • Refund eligibility is based on request date (see refund policy above)
