“The Transition Center at PCC is a friendly and wonderful center to do tutoring. They try the best to help you. Mrs. Duncan is awesome and everyone does whatever they need to do to help with your classes. The staff goes above and beyond because they know everyone has the potential to seek out anything they put their minds to.“
