The Google IT Support Professional Certificate is a program from Grow with Google, an initiative to help everyone have access to the best of Google’s training and tools to grow their skills, careers, and businesses. The course uses a dynamic mix of video lectures, quizzes, and hands-on labs and widgets. This course focuses on the operating principles of gas and heat pump systems, troubleshooting, installation, safety procedures, service techniques, and effective customer service. Students will earn the ESCO Ready to Work HVAC-Heat Pump certification and the ESCO Ready to Work HVAC-Gas Heating certification.

This open lab provides employability skills training for unemployed and underemployed adults. Receive career counseling to make appropriate decisions about careers preferences, assessment of current skill levels related to their career choice, and training in the skill area in which remediation is needed.
