Dr. Pamela G. Senegal, President, Piedmont Community College, along with Dr. Saundra Williams, Retired SVP & Chief of Technology and Workforces Dev., North Carolina Community College System, will speak at that Eastern North Carolina Chapter National Council on Black American Affairs event honoring Women’s History Month on March 25, at 3 p.m.
