COMPUTERS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
Microsoft Office Specialist – Word Associate
This certification demonstrates competency in the correct application of the principal features of Microsoft Word by creating and editing documents for a variety of purposes and situations. Students learn how to create and maintain professional-looking reports, multicolumn newsletters, résumés, and business correspondence.

Microsoft Office Specialist – PowerPoint Associate
Students will learn to create, edit, and enhance presentations and slideshows. This certification also measures competency to create and manage presentations, insert and format shapes and slides, create slide content, apply transitions and animations, and manage multiple presentations. Presentation examples include professional-grade sales presentations, employee training, instructional materials, and kiosk slideshows.

Google IT Support Professional Certification
Train for one of the fastest-growing fields in the United States. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national median salary for this employment is over $52,000! The Google IT Support Professional Certificate is a program from Grow with Google, an initiative to help everyone have access to the best of Google’s training and tools to grow their skills, careers, and businesses. The course uses a dynamic mix of video lectures, quizzes, and hands-on labs and widgets. Along the way, participants will hear from Google employees with unique backgrounds and perspectives who started their careers in IT support.

HEALTHCARE:
Pharmacy TechnicianTrain to assist in quality pharmacy operational procedures. Graduates are eligible to sit for a national certification exam and have the option to submit an application ($189) to participate in Work-Based Learning Internship program with national affiliation partners like CVS and Walgreens, or local pharmacy operations.

EMT Online (Continuing Education): Airway Management
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) online Con Ed program is designed to continue emergency medical training at a basic level. Courses can be used to maintain First Responder, EMR, and EMT certifications. These courses will also be available at your local fire department/ rescue squad.

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING & CONSTRUCTION:
Certified Production Technician
Gain training in industry-recognized credential designed by the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council. The course offers certificates in four areas: safety awareness, manufacturing processes, quality practices, and maintenance awareness. Local industries, such as Polywood, GKN Driveline, and Spuntech Industries, Inc. are guaranteeing interviews to students who successfully complete this program.

This course focuses on the operating principles of gas and heat pump systems, troubleshooting, installation, safety procedures, service techniques, and effective customer service. FREE PROGRAMS:
Employability Lab
This open lab provides employability skills training for unemployed and underemployed adults. Receive career counseling to make appropriate decisions about careers preferences, assessment of current skill levels related to their career choice, and training in the skill area in which remediation is needed. A formal assessment will determine skill appropriateness and identify employment opportunities.
