Piedmont Community College (PCC) will close early on Friday, December 16 at 11:30 a.m. The College will reopen the following week until it closes for the holiday season on December 22 and remains closed through January 2 for students, faculty, and staff. The College will re-open on January 3, offering late registration for the Spring Semester.

During the winter break, the Person County Campus will be open during daylight hours, encouraging community members to take advantage of PCC’s recreation areas, including the Rockness Monster Disc Golf course and the nature trail. The Caswell County Campus will be closed throughout the
scheduled break.

Upon returning in January, PCC will offer application, financial aid, and registration assistance in the Student Development office from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Fridays, and 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturdays. Walk-ins are welcome and appointments with staff are available by calling (336) 322-2159 for the Person County Campus and (336) 694-5707 for the Caswell County Campus. With more than 30 programs to choose from, the chance to continue your education close to home is a real and affordable option at PCC. Students can join programs such as healthcare, IT (information technology), criminal justice, welding, cosmetology, human services, business and accounting, gunsmithing, digital animation, mechatronics, agribusiness, teacher preparation, university transfer, or something else to help them reach their educational and career goals.
