PCC to offer Handgun Safety Course

Piedmont Community College will offer a Handgun Safety class in November. The 8-hour class will be held on a Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and fulfills the course requirement for obtaining a concealed weapon permit.

Workforce Center Open House and Resource Fair at PCC

Piedmont Community College will host an open house and resource fair in the Workforce Center on the Caswell County Campus. This free open house will offer visitors the opportunity to learn about various community resources, visit with college recruiters, and meet local employers.

Enrollment Opportunities Expand for PCC’s Basic Skills Classes

Enrollment continues to be open for Piedmont Community College’s Adult Basic Skills program for fall semester; enrollment into regular classes ends on Oct. 15 while enrollment for the hybrid (lab and online) instruction ends on October 30. The program offers instruction in the basic subject areas of Language Arts (reading and writing), mathematics, science, and social studies.
