PCC to offer Notary Public class June 3 & 5 in Roxboro

Piedmont Community College’s (PCC) Notary Public course covers information necessary for you to be able to apply for North Carolina Notary Public commissions. Instruction will include a study of the fees, general powers and limitations, and the requirements for attestation. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and speak and write English.

The next Notary Public class through PCC will be held on Monday and Wednesday, June 3 and 5, 6–9 p.m. at PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located in Uptown Roxboro.

There is a registration fee of $70 for this course. Students will also need to purchase the current 2016 Notary Public book prior to class (available at the PCC Bookstore online at Registration and payment of the fee is required prior to the class date to reserve space in the class.
