Are you interested in becoming a Certified Nurse Aide I? Piedmont Community College (PCC) will offer Nurse Aide I training on the Caswell County Campus September 10 – December 6, Monday-Thursday, from 2 – 5 p.m.

Instruction provided in Nurse Aide I training will prepare you to take the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Competency Test for placement on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I Registry. Successful completion of the training and competency test will enable you to seek employment in the health care industry as a Certified Nurse Aide I.

Register on the Caswell or Person County campus or online at www.piedmontcc.edu/NA. A textbook is required and is available for purchase from the College Bookstore. You must bring current results from a Tuberculosis (TB) skin test on the first day of class. The class registration fee is $188 and upon the successful completion of the course, a competency test fee of $101 is payable to the testing agency.

For further information or to register, call the Workforce Development Team in Caswell County at (336) 694-8064, or in Person County at (336) 322-2156. Deadline to register is Thursday, September 6.
