Interested in taking college classes this fall? The staff at Piedmont Community College are available Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. each week to help you with advising and registration.

To make it more accessible for those who may work or be unavailable before 5 p.m., the College staff will be on hand until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11 and Thursday, July 12 on both the Person and Caswell County Campuses.

Registration will continue through July and August with classes beginning on Thursday, August 16. Fall brochures, which include information about programs and some class listings offered at PCC, were mailed to households in Person County and Caswell County in June.

For the full and most up-to-date schedules, visit PCC’s website at www.piedmontcc.edu/schedule. Class schedules also may be accessed using the WebAdvisor option on PCC’s website. Returning students may use WebAdvisor to register for classes online.

Why PCC?
• PCC offers a great opportunity for you and your wallet! Students can complete general education or program specific classes for a fraction of the cost of a four-year institution. Financial Aid, scholarships, and a payment plan program are also available.

• Class sizes at PCC are smaller than most four-year institutions, thus offering more occasions to interact with instructors and other students. One-on-one tutoring is also available through the Academic Success Center on each campus.

• PCC offers hands-on learning in many programs of study, including Phlebotomy and other health care programs, Welding, Film & Video Production Technology, Digital Effects & Animation Technology, Cosmetology, Fine Arts, Electrical Power Production Technology, Mechatronics, and the new Agribusiness to name a few!

• Students can explore different course options to find what interests them most before finalizing a program of study.

• Many PCC programs lead graduates directly to a job. Enjoy working with your hands? Consider Electrical Systems Technology where the average annual starting salaries are in the $35,000 - $45,000 range!

• Transferring from PCC to a four-year institution has been made easy with various articulation agreements.
