These days, businesses will not survive for long without great customer service. Find out what you need to do to keep your current customers happy, attract new ones and keep both groups coming back. We’ll discuss some of the typical reasons why customers leave and what you can do. We’ll look at customer service from different perspectives and share stories – the good, the bad and the ugly. You’ll leave with skills to improve customer relationships, build customer loyalty and increase sales.

Emily Ballance, MEd, LPC, CSP delivers humorous, interactive seminars that entertain, engage and impact audiences everywhere. She speaks across the country on generations, customer service, marketing, communication, stress management, positive humor, resilience, and wellness, all with a humorous twist. Ballance has spoken at the national, state and regional levels and is a Certified Speaking Professional. The CSP is the highest earned designation granted by the National Speakers Association (NSA).

In her presentations, Balance draws from her experiences in healthcare, education, the corporate world, life and as an entrepreneur and Licensed Professional Counselor. She offers a humorous perspective and engages her audiences by including interaction, structured exercises and discussion. Participants leave with pertinent information and practical suggestions. Ballance has owned, operated and marketed her business for over 20 years.

Although the seminar will be offered at no cost to participants, pre-registration is required by November 3. To register, call the BDEC at (336) 599-0032.
