Piedmont Community College will close both its Person County Campus and its Caswell County Campus to the public on Tuesday, Aug. 13, so that faculty and staff can participate in professional development activities. The College’s Child Development Center and summer day camp on the Person County Campus will operate, but no other services will be available on Tuesday.

“We appreciate the understanding of the public about our need to be closed so that all our employees can participate in this important day of preparation for the upcoming semester,” said Dr. Walter Bartlett, PCC President.

Both campuses will re-open on Wednesday, Aug. 14, and late registration for fall semester classes will be held Aug. 14-16. Fall classes begin on Monday, Aug. 19.
