Medication Tech Exam Prep (Med Tech) training will be available on Piedmont Community College’s (PCC) Caswell County Campus April 2 – April 9. Classes for this short-term training program will be Monday – Thursday, 1 – 5 p.m.

PCC’s Med Tech course prepares unlicensed personnel to take the North Carolina Adult Care Medication Test that enables a person to give medications in adult care homes, assisted living facilities and group homes. This 24-hour course includes the 15-hour skills training required by the State of North Carolina in order to receive certification.

Take your first step toward a career in allied healthcare, or add value to your current training, for just $70. Registration is due by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1 and upon the successful completion of the course, a competency test fee of $25 is payable to the testing agency.
