Piedmont Community College (PCC) students were awarded State Employees Credit Union (SECU) Continuing Education Scholarships for the 2018-2019 academic year, as well as for upcoming courses beginning in January 2020.

2019 – 2020:

The SECU scholarships are designed to help meet the needs of North Carolina’s unemployed and underemployed citizens by providing short-term job training for new careers or retraining. Each recipient receives a $750 scholarship to assist with course registration fees and certification expenses.

Funds are available for Phlebotomy Technician, Cardiovascular Technician, EMT, Certified Logistic Technician (CLT), Certified Production Technician (CPT), Advanced Manufacturing/Siemens Level I, HVAC Heating, and HVAC Air Conditioning.
