Piedmont Community College will close both its Person County Campus and its Caswell County Campus to the public on Tuesday, August 27, so that faculty and staff can participate in professional development activities.

The College’s Child Development Center on the Person County Campus will also operate on a normal schedule.

Registration is currently underway for 13 and 8-week classes and an up-to-date schedule is available at www.piedmontcc.edu/schedule. The 13-week classes begin September 5 and include online, hybrid, and face-to-face sessions in the following areas:

• Principles of Macroeconomics ( ECO 252 )
• Writing and Inquiry ( ENG 111 )
• Writing/Research in the Discipline ( ENG 112 )
• World Civilizations I ( HIS 111 )
• Critical Thinking ( HUM 115 )
• Quantitative Literacy ( MAT 143 )
• Statistical Methods I ( MAT 152 )
• College Physics I ( PHY 151 )
• General Psychology ( PSY 150 )
• Introduction to Sociology ( SOC 210 )
