Piedmont Community College’s (PCC) Notary Public course covers information necessary for you to be able to apply for North Carolina Notary Public commissions. Instruction will include a study of the fees, general powers and limitations, and the requirements for attestation. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and speak and write English.
The next Notary Public class through PCC will be held on Monday and Wednesday, June 3 and 5, 6–9 p.m. at PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located in Uptown Roxboro.
There is a registration fee of $70 for this course. Students will also need to purchase the current 2016 Notary Public book prior to class (available at the PCC Bookstore online at www.piedmontcc.edu/Bookstore). Registration and payment of the fee is required prior to the class date to reserve space in the class. To register, call (336) 599-0032.
