Piedmont Community College’s (PCC) Step into the Arts event will be held on Friday, April 5 and include music, art, literature, and theater from various local talents found in Person County.

Activities will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Kirby Cultural Arts Complex and include:

Kirby Theater
5:30 p.m. – Roxboro Community School Jazz Band
6:30 p.m. – Fabulous Feet Dance Academy
7 p.m. – Free Movie Friday showing “Matilda” benefiting the Person County Education Foundation

From previous PCC’s Step into the Art, Student Art ReceptionUpper Kirby
5:30 p.m. – Piano Performance by Robin Puryear
6 p.m. – Roxboro Community School Theater
6:30 p.m. – Book Reading by Sonja Vaughan, author of “Temporary Lumps”
Ongoing – Art Reception featuring Karen Sosa’s “Coastal Colors”
