Piedmont Community College (PCC) is offering an American Heart Association course on Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED for the non-healthcare provider on Friday, March 22. This course will be held 9 a.m.–4 p.m. at PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located at 105 North Main Street in Roxboro.

Skills covered during the American Heart Association course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.

The cost for this American Heart Association course is $76 and includes a CPR, First-Aid, AED card upon successful completion. Registration and payment of the fee are required prior to the March 22 start date. Seating is limited. To register, call (336) 599-0032.
