Piedmont Community College (PCC) is offering an American Heart Association course on Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED for the non-healthcare provider on Friday, October 26. This course will be held 9 a.m.–4 p.m. at PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located at 105 North Main Street in Roxboro.
Skills covered during the American Heart Association course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.
The cost for this American Heart Association course is $76 and which includes a CPR, First-Aid, AED card upon successful completion. Registration and payment of the fee is required prior to the class date to reserve space in the class. Seating is limited. To register, call (336) 599-0032.
