Every year since 1963, the Small Business Administration takes the opportunity to highlight the impact of outstanding entrepreneurs, small business owners, and others from across the nation through National Small Business Week, April 29 – May 5, 2018.
This year, Piedmont Community College’s (PCC) Small Business Center and the Caswell Creators Network will celebrate National Small Business by sponsoring the Caswell Business and Creators Forum. This event will be Wednesday, May 2 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Caswell Civic Center.
The event will feature seminars and resource organizations that will help you start or grow your business. Including a presentation from Mac Jordan who will be discussing his involvement in the Saxapahaw Historic River Mill Project and the ups and downs business owners face when developing a community project of this scale.
Other seminars will focus on tips for developing a successful loan package, agritourism business opportunities, and lessons learned from local entrepreneurs to name a few.
Registration is required for this FREE event. To learn more, contact Caswell’s Small Business Center at (336) 694-4013 or click here to register online.
