Piedmont Community College (PCC) will offer the M.A.D. or Managing Anger with Dignity course on April 6 – May 4. The class will meet on Fridays from 8 – 11 a.m. at the College’s Workforce Training Center located at 303 South Morgan Street in Roxboro.
Out-of-control anger hurts your relationships with others. It causes lasting scars in the people you love most and gets in the way of friendships and work relationships. Explosive anger makes it hard for others to trust you, speak honestly, or feel comfortable, and is especially damaging to children.
This course will look at ways for you to deal with anger issues by teaching you how to express your frustrations in a healthy and respectful manner in order to live a more productive life.
The registration fee for Managing Anger with Dignity is $70.00. Fee must be paid by April 4 to save your seat in this class. Register by calling PCC’s Workforce Development Team at (336) 322-2156.
