Piedmont Community College (PCC) will offer a free Orientation to Healthcare Careers training on February 21 – March 5. This class will meet at the Workforce Training Center on 303 S. Morgan Street in Roxboro on Mondays – Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Orientation to Healthcare Careers is a free course designed to help you choose a career in the healthcare industry. During the course students will have the opportunity to evaluate medical positions, such as:
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Medical Technician
• Phlebotomy Technician
• Medication Aide
• EMT
• Cardiovascular Technician
• Medical Billing and Coding

Upon successful completion of the free orientation, students may be eligible to receive financial assistance to assist with the cost of select healthcare related courses at PCC.
