Piedmont Community College (PCC) is offering an American Heart Association course on Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED for the non-healthcare provider on Friday, October 27. This course will be held 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at PCC’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center located at 105 North Main Street in Roxboro.
Skills covered during the American Heart Association course include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infants.
The cost for this American Heart Association course is $50 and which includes a CPR, First-Aid, AED card upon successful completion. Payment of the fee is required to reserve space in the class. Registration and payment by October 25 are required to save your seat. To register, call (336) 599-0032.
