The Notary Public course at Piedmont Community College (PCC) will prepare the learner for appointment to the position of Notary Public in North Carolina. Instruction will include a study of the fees, general powers and limitations, and the requirements for attestation. Participants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and speak and write English.

The next class will be held on Monday and Wednesday, June 19 and 21, 6–9 p.m., at Piedmont Community College’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC), 105 North Main Street in Roxboro.

Cost for the course is $70 plus the cost of the textbook ($29.89). Payment of the registration fee is required before the course starts. To register, call (336) 599-0032 by June 15.
