Introduction to Computers for Job Search training available at PCC

Piedmont Community College (PCC) will offer an Introduction to Computers for Job Search training class on January 24 – February 14. This class will meet at 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at PCC’s Workforce Training Center located at 303 South Morgan Street in Roxboro.

Instructor Karen Peterson will teach students with little computer experience the basic parts and functions of the computer, how to use the keyboard, setup an email account, and navigate the internet.

This class is the first class in a series of three designed to teach students how to use computer technology in their efforts to obtain a job. Information on future classes will be available soon.
