One of the best ways to grow your business is to learn from leaders who have successfully done the same. The free “How to Grow Your Business” seminar, offered through PCC’s Small Business Center on September 15, 6 – 8 p.m., will allow participants to do just that.

Achievement Consultant, author, and small business owner Richard Morreale will invigorate participants with his enthusiasm and knowledge as he shares eight specific success strategies with current and future business owners.

These success strategies, when used together, will provide business owners with a structured approach focused on achieving business goals and growing a business. Morreale will guide participants through the following:
• How to establish monthly business growth goals and how to plan the actions needed to achieve them
• How to organize a business and follow a business plan
• How to make and gain commitment to growth goals and plans, and how to take massive action
• How to monitor, measure, and control activities while staying focused on the businesses growth goals while still having fun
