Piedmont Community College will close both its Person County Campus and its Caswell County Campus to the public on Tuesday, August 9, so that faculty and staff can participate in professional development activities.

Students enrolled in the Person Early College for Innovation & Leadership (PECIL) will follow their normal schedule. The College’s Child Development Center and Summer Camp on the Person County Campus will also operate on a normal schedule.

“We appreciate the understanding of the public about our need to be closed so that our employees can participate in this important day of preparation for the upcoming semester,” said Dr. Walter Bartlett, PCC President.

PCC’s Fall Semester classes begin on August 17. Registration is currently underway. For more information on registering for fall classes, visit www.piedmontcc.edu or call (336) 599-1181 in Person County and (336) 694-5707 in Caswell County.
