Piedmont Community College will offer the course, “Simply Irresistible Cooking: Homemade Butter and Ricotta Cheese” on Thursday, May 26 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. on the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building S, Room 100.

Learn from Chef Jillian how to make homemade organic butter and Ricotta cheese, then turn the butter into a flavor compound butter to top steaks, fish and poultry. The Ricotta will be turned into a sweet and savory treat for your enjoyment.

While preparing each dish, Chef Jillian will teach participants different tricks and short-cuts on food preparation techniques.

The class fee of $35 includes all ingredients and instruction! Participants also get to enjoy what they make at the end of class!
