Piedmont Community College will offer the course, “Simply Irresistible Cooking: Chinese Takeout at Home” on Thursday, March 24, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. on the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building S, Room 100. Chef Jillian Whitlow will be the instructor.

Chef Jillian will teach participants how to make fast, fresh takeout at home– including Pork Dumplings, Sesame Ginger Chicken with Steamed Rice and Shrimp Lo Mein.

While participants are preparing each dish, Chef Jillian will also share tricks and short-cuts on food preparation techniques.

All ingredients are included in the price and those attending eat what was prepared at the end of class!

Class fee is $35 which includes the price of the food. Fees must be paid by Monday, March 21. Register by calling (336) 322-2156.
