Piedmont Community College will offer the course, “Simply Irresistible Cooking: Enhancing Flavor with Spices” on Thursday, February 25, Chef Jillian Whitlowfrom 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. on the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building S, Room 100. Chef Jillian Whitlow will be the instructor.

Come and learn from Chef Jillian how to blend spices to bring out the best flavors in ordinary tasting dishes. Participants will also learn different tricks and short-cuts on food preparation techniques.

All ingredients are included in the price and you get to eat at the end of class! Class fee is $35 which includes the price of the food. Fees must be paid by Monday, February 22. Register by calling (336) 322-2156.
