Participants will leave Raleigh-Durham International Airport on May 20, 2017 and tour areas in the Cuneo and Florence Regions, as well as Bologna, Milan, and Rome. With visits to a chocolate and ham factory, lessons on pasta making, and a special farm lunch and Florentine dinner, those joining the tour will experience the very best cuisine in the area. In addition, the meaning of the Slow Food Movement that continues to influence the global community will be discussed.
