Piedmont Community College will offer the course, “Bon Appetit! Spring Brunch” on Thursday, April 16, from 5:45-9 p.m. at the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building S, Room 100. Jillian Whitlow will be the instructor.

Spring around the corner? Look to this colorful brunch menu inspired by the first signs of spring. The menu features Asparagus Quiche, Mushroom Cheese Bruschetta, Pasta Salad with Tomatoes and Smoked Gouda. Join us for fun and tasty treats in the kitchen.

Class fee is $55. Fees must be paid by Tuesday, April 14. Register by calling Kathleen Kersey at (336) 694-8064.
