Piedmont Community College will offer “Composting and Organic Gardening” on Tuesday, April 14, from 5:45-8:45 p.m. at the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building C, Room 113. Lucas Bernard will be the instructor.
Participants will learn an environmentally friendly and healthy way of gardening in harmony with nature. Growing a healthy and productive crop, in a way that is healthier for people and the environment, makes gardening fun. Come and learn the techniques to organic gardening from a professional landscaper.
Class fee is $25. Fee must be paid by Monday, April 13. Register by calling Kathleen Kersey at (336) 694-8064.
