Piedmont Community College’s Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC) will offer two real estate seminars, “Real Estate General Update and Virtual Brokerage-How To Do It,” on Tuesday, March 24. The General Update seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and the Virtual Brokerage seminar will be held from 1:30-5:30 p.m. at Piedmont Community College, 1715 College Drive, Roxboro in Room S-100. Susan Wall will be the presenter.

The General Update Course is a four-hour mandatory course written by the Real Estate Commission covering education requirements and license law changes. If you need an elective, come learn about the evolution of virtual brokerage and learn what brokers need to know and what agents should understand about their duties and liabilities.

The cost for each seminar is $55. Pre-registration is required by March 23. To register, please call the BDEC at (336) 599-0032.
