Piedmont Community College will offer the course, “Bon Appetit! Mediterranean Cooking” on Thursday, March 12, from 5:45-9 p.m. at the Person County Campus, 1715 College Dr., Roxboro in Building S, Room 100.

Sign-up for an interactive cooking class with Chef Jillian Whitlow and learn to cook Mediterranean cuisine through hands-on cooking demonstrations. For even more fun, have a friend sign-up with you for an enjoyable evening of creating and eating flavorful Mediterranean food. You won’t have to fly all the way to Europe to enjoy this experience!

Class fee is $55. Fees must be paid by Tuesday, March 10. Register by calling Kathleen Kersey at (336) 694-8064.
