Piedmont Community College Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center (BDEC) will offer a free seminar, “Secrets of Great Customer Service,” presented by Emily Ballance on Thursday, Oct. 2, from 6-9 p.m. at the BDEC.

You won’t stay in business for long these days without great customer service. Find out what you need to do to attract new customers, keep them happy and keep them coming back. You’ll leave with skills to improve customer relationships, build customer loyalty and increase sales.
