POOL: Evening & Weekend Success Coach

Duties: The purpose of this position is the coordinate and administer student support services to enrolled and prospective students during evening and weekend hours. Support services include but are not limited to admissions applications, FAFSA applications, course registration, graduation processing, withdrawals, hosting information sessions, and coordinating evening student orientations. The position serves as the primary backup to various offices within Student Services; provides cover for our Help Desk in person and virtually; reviews Student Services departmental webpages for accuracies and updates; directs students to appropriate advisors or departments by scheduling appointments and/or beginning the process for the student; provides support to faculty in the evening.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with one year of experience in a related field or Associate degree in education or related field with three years of experience in a related field; two years of experience in customer service, administrative positions, or related field. Preferred experience working in higher education and experience with social media, websites, and marketing.

Hourly Rate: Hourly rate is $15.00 to $18.00. Hourly rate is based on education and experience.
