POOL: Instructor, EMS (Part-Time)

Note: The following position is part of an applicant pool. All applications are kept on file for consideration for up to 2 years after received date.

Duties: The purpose of this position is to instruct topics in EMS, EMT, AEMT, and/or Paramedic courses under the guidance of an NC level I instructor or higher; instruct basic/advanced life support topics at the appropriate level and below according to approved and mandated requirements/standards; communicate orally or in writing, to the program director, matters related to the program; effectively operate facility equipment and training aids; attend mandated staff meetings, seminars, conferences, etc. as scheduled or directed.

Qualifications: Requires EMT or Paramedic credentials. Level I or Level II instructor certification preferred.

Hourly Rate: $21.00 to $24.00 hourly. Hourly rate is based on education and experience.
