Instructor, Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum

Duties: The purpose of this position is to instruct courses in the Advanced Manufacturing Curriculum; Electrical Power Plant Technology; Industrial Systems Technology, and Mechatronics Engineering Technology to college and high school students on the Person and Caswell campuses.

Qualifications: Requires Associate Degree in Electrical Power Plant, Industrial Systems, Mechatronics Engineering Technology or related field from a regionally accredited institution with three years of industry-related experience or Bachelor’s degree with two years of industry-related experience; two years teaching experience in a traditional setting preferred; proficiency in technology and commitment to student learning in a student-centered learning environment. Certifications in Programmable Logic Controller, OSHA 10, MSSC, CPT, and CLT preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Full-Time position with benefits.
