PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide second line of support for all college employees; provide technical support to end users running Microsoft Windows 7 and 10; patch management using SCCM; MS Office/Office 365 product support and troubleshooting; configure network equipment; and support video conference initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Knowledge

Requires Associates degree in Information Technology or related field. Five years preferred experience in software/hardware installation and troubleshooting. MCSE and/or CCNA preferred

SALARY           $37,008 - $42,000 for a 12-month full-time position with benefits

State Health Plan Options: Traditional 70/30 Plan and Enhanced 80/20 Plan: employee-paid coverage with wellness premium credit (lower monthly premium by completing the tobacco attestation) and employee pays all dependent coverage premium. Membership in the Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System which includes retirement benefits, short and long-term disability income plan and a death benefit; earn sick and annual leave; community service leave; other: employee-paid supplemental retirement plans and insurances: dental, vision, life, accident, disability, cancer insurance.
