COMPUTERS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Google IT Support (scholarships available)

Train for one of the fastest-growing fields in the United States, where the national median salary for these roles is over $52,000. This course uses the Coursera platform with a dynamic mix of video lectures, quizzes, and hands-on labs and widgets.

HEALTHCARE

Nurse Aid (scholarship available)

Prepare to work under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals while performing nursing care and services for persons of all ages. Topics include growth and development, personal care, vital signs, communication, nutrition, therapeutic activities, family resources and services, and employment skills. Upon completion, you may be eligible for listing as a Nurse Aide I

Phlebotomy (scholarship available)

Gain skills is theory and clinical experiences in the proper collection of blood and other specimens used for diagnostic testing. When you complete this program, you may be eligible for national certification as phlebotomy technicians. 

Medical Coding and Billing (Part I & II) (scholarship available)

This online medical coding and billing program trains you in the specialized skills needed to assign the standardized codes used to bill for healthcare services. This course is delivered in two parts.

Medical Administrative Assistant (scholarship available)

Prepare to pass the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam with this quality online education that offers one-on-one support from dedicated instructors

ADVANCED MANUFACTURING & CONSTRUCTION

Biowork: Process Technician (scholarship available)

Interested in becoming a process technician and making products such as antibiotics, bleach, cosmetics, deodorant, detergents, paint, plastics, Post-It notes, shampoo, soft drinks and wine? By taking this course, you will prepare for the process technician certification exam.

Certified Logistics Technician (scholarship available)

Gain training and two industry-recognized credentials designed by the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council: Certified Logistics Associate and mid-level Certified Logistics Technician. These certificates meet the national skills demand which prepares you for frontline material handling work in factories, warehouses, distribution centers and transporters. This course also offers the OSHA-10 and OSHA forklift operator certifications. 

  • $180 registration fee

OSHA Forklift (scholarship available)

Learnhow to operate and maintain an industrial forklift. Core topics include forklift design, controls and instrumentation, pre-use inspection, safety awareness, and forklift stability. This course meets the training requirement for OSHA regulations. 

  • $70 registration fee

Spanish for the Workplace I

Master important Spanish terms and phrases and improve your communication skills with customers and co-workers.

Sewing Basics

Learn the basics of sewing machine parts, basic stitches used in sewing and embroidery. In this course you will create small products used in and around the sewing area and advance to design and create an outfit from start to finish.

Concealed Carry

Ready to get a concealed carry permit? This class is required prior to applying for you permit through their local sheriff’s department.

  • $75 registration fee

Defensive Driving Class

Qualified drivers may earn the opportunity to receive a reduction on a traffic infraction by completing this course. Upon completing the four-hour class, a Certificate of Completion will be issued.

  • $99 registration fee

How to Find Customers Using Social Media

Learn how to get a free Online Reputation report, as well as which SEO keywords your competitors are using! This course will also compare traditional marketing methods with using social media. Quickly learn how to find, motivate, and keep consumers for your business.

Human Services Exploration

Discover the skills needed to become a Social Services Caseworker. This is a great career from an individual interested in helping others and making a difference in the community.
