Pharmacy Technician Training begins

Pharmacy Technician Training in an Online, Live Format:
This online course will consist of approximately 21 “live online” sessions taking place Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-10 p.m., plus additional online course work assigned by the instructor. Follow it up with the work-based learning (WBL) course and you’ll be eligible to take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam.

Prepare to assist Registered Pharmacists in quality pharmacy operational procedures, filling prescriptions, product inventory control, as well as billing and receiving payments. Registration cost is $180 plus $100 for background check and drug test and $188 for the WBL section. Registration, payment, and personal computer specifications are required prior to entering the course.
