Current Campus Operations (updated 5/19/21):

Per N.C. Governor Roy Cooper’s announcement on May 14, PCC will not require face coverings or social distancing on campus. Face coverings and social distancing are still encouraged for unvaccinated people, but not required.

Please continue to monitor yourself for any COVID-19-related symptoms, and stay home if you feel ill at all. Report to your instructor(s)/direct supervisor if you are exposed to, tested for, or diagnosed with COVID.

Sanitizing spray and wipes will remain available in high traffic areas for those who wish to clean an area before they use it.

The Governor and the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services strongly recommend unvaccinated persons eligible for vaccination in the state be vaccinated as soon as possible. All persons in North Carolina age 12 and older are eligible. Likewise, PCC encourages all members of the college community – students, faculty and staff – to be vaccinated as soon as possible.

Your Success is Our Goal!
