To Apply For and Access PCC’s Payment Plan Information
- Log into Self-Service;
- On the Self-Service menu on the left, click “Financial Information”;
- Click “Student Finance” under Financial Information;
- Click “TOUCHNET- View Account and Make payments;
- Create an Account and follow the prompts as noted.
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)
Tips
- There is a $25, non-refundable application fee;
- Payments are processed on the 5th of each month;
- See the chart below for payment dates and number of payments.

Balance Adjustments
Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through Self-Service or call the Piedmont Community College Cashier’s Office at (336) 322-2125 to confirm the change.
