To Apply For and Access PCC’s Payment Plan Information

  • Click the Box and Log-in to WebAdvisor;
  • Access the Student Menu by clicking “Students”;
  • Click “Payment Plan” under Financial Information;
  • Create an Account and follow the prompts as noted.

Payment Methods

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/debit card (An additional service fee will be assessed)


  • There is a $25, non-refundable application fee;
  • Payments are processed on the 5th of each month;
  • See the chart below for payment dates and number if payments.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through Web Advisor or call the Piedmont Community College Cashier’s Office at (336) 322-2125 to confirm the change.
