Welcome to Piedmont Community College!

I’m so happy that you have chosen to invest in your future by furthering your education here. Whether you’re a high school student, recent high school graduate, or adult learner, we are thrilled to be able to serve you at your hometown college.

Our faculty and staff have been working hard to make this a great place to learn. Here are just a few of the exciting new things happening at PCC:

  • We’ve implemented Pacer Advising where our stellar team of advisors guide students from registration all the way to graduation.
  • We’ve introduced the Pacers’ Backpack program ensure students get their course materials before the first day of class.
  • We broke ground on the CEAD (Center for Educational and Agricultural Development) site in Pelham, NC.
  • New signage has been installed on both campuses.
  • Our Nursing class of 2023 celebrated at 93% pass rate on the NCLEX exam.
  • We received reaffirmation of accreditation from SACSCOC (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges).

I wish you all the best in your academic journey. I look forward to meeting you at various college activities and events this semester.

Go Pacers!
