Position Summary
This posting is a recruitment pool for a potential Adjunct Instructor role with Piedmont Community College.  This position may teach on the Person County Campus (Roxboro, NC), Caswell County Campus (Yanceyville, NC), and/or at a high school supported by the College.  The class(es) may be delivered face-to-face or online; and, may be scheduled during the regular operating hours, at night, and/or on the weekends.  Hiring for this position is contingent upon PCC student needs, funding, and scheduling throughout the year.  The hourly rate for this part-time role is dependent upon qualifications.

Duties:  Delivers instruction, maintains grade and attendance records, recognizes and responds appropriately to student diversity, utilizes clear learning goals and well-planned activities, keep weekly office hours

Bachelors in computer science information technology or related field, MIS preferred or related degree with 18 hours in information technology.  The optimal candidate will also have outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
