Position Summary
This posting is a recruitment pool for a potential Adjunct Instructor role with Piedmont Community College.  This position may teach on the Person County Campus (Roxboro, NC), Caswell County Campus (Yanceyville, NC), and/or at a high school supported by the College.  The class(es) may be delivered face-to-face or online; and, may be scheduled during the regular operating hours, at night, and/or on the weekends.  Hiring for this position is contingent upon PCC student needs, funding, and scheduling throughout the year.  The hourly rate for this part-time role is dependent upon qualifications.

Duties:  Delivers instruction, maintains grade and attendance records, recognizes and responds appropriately to student diversity, utilizes clear learning goals and well-planned activities, keep weekly office hours

Qualifications:  
Associates Degree in welding preferred, diploma in welding with 2 years of work or teaching experience.  The optimal candidate will also have outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
