Pfeiffer University representatives visit with PCC Students

Piedmont Community College will host several 4-year colleges/universities on the Person Campus this fall. Students will have the opportunity to discuss transfer options with three institutions in September and October, including Pfeiffer University, North Carolina Wesleyan College, and the University of Mount Olive.

Parents with children under 10 can improve academic skills at no cost through Adults and Children in Education (ACE) program

Any parent who has not completed high school or would like to improve basic academic skills and who has a child under age ten, is eligible to participate in a family learning class, Adults and Children in Education (ACE), at Earl Bradsher Preschool. Enrollment is open until the end of September.

Spanish for the Workplace Part I

Piedmont Community College is offering a fun interactive way to learn Spanish with "Spanish for the Workplace”. Classes will be held on Tuesdays in late August - November. Class fee is $70.00 and the estimated cost of the textbook is $35.00. Register by calling Jeanette Godsey at (336) 322-2133.

PCC alters hours the week of August 3 and will be closed Tuesday, Aug. 11, for professional development

Piedmont Community College will close both its Person County Campus and its Caswell County Campus to the public on Tuesday, Aug. 11. In addition, the Person County Campus will close at 6:30 p.m. the week of August 4 while the Caswell County Campus will close at 5 p.m. the same week.

PCC Fall Registration now open with extended hours on July 21-22

Students who plan to register for Fall Semester classes at Piedmont Community College can visit Student Development, schedule a meeting with an advisor, or take advantage of the extended hours on Tuesday, July 21 and Wednesday, July 22.

Get help with your FAFSA forms at PCC on Feb. 28

You can receive free, personal help in filling out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form from Piedmont Community College personnel on FAFSA Day on Saturday, Feb. 28. Assistance will be available from 9 a.m. until noon on PCC’s Person County Campus in Roxboro (Building E, Room 150) and Caswell County Campus in Yanceyville (Building K, Room 124).

PCC spring registration to be held next week

Piedmont Community College will hold its registration for Spring semester classes next week. Registration is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 2, through Thursday, Dec. 4, from 9 a.m.-6:30 p.m., and on Friday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. New and returning students may register on the Person County Campus or the Caswell County Campus.
